Upgrades
All Kaspersky Lab customers can upgrade the current version of their software to the latest one for
free, as long as they have a valid activation code and time remaining on their license. If you have
Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 on your computer, you can upgrade to Kaspersky Internet Security 2009.
If you have Kaspersky Anti-Virus 7.0, you can upgrade to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009.
Please note: Your activation code for Kaspersky Internet Security will only work on future versions
of Kaspersky Internet Security, not Kaspersky Anti-Virus and vice versa.
For detailed instructions on performing your upgrade, please see our upgrade guide.
Renewals
Renewals are done through the Kaspersky Lab software and require that the software is activated with
a valid license. You will be brought to a secure page where you will purchase a new activation code for
your Kaspersky Lab product.
7.0 versions: Select Activation in the menu on the left and then Renew key
to the right.
2009 Versions: Select License in the menu to the left and then Renew license
to the right.
