Kaspersky Lab has released updated versions of Kaspersky Internet Security and Kaspersky Anti-Virus that include full support for Windows 7 as of October 22nd, 2009.
Any existing customer with a valid 2010, 2009, or 7.0 activation code and Windows 7 should download the latest version of Kaspersky 2010 and install it with their existing activation code. Should you have any trouble, please see our Upgrade Support and Installation Support pages.
If you are upgrading your Windows Vista system to Windows 7, please remove Kaspersky before upgrading. Then reinstall using the latest version of Kaspersky 2010.
If you are running the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor and it finds Kaspersky installed, please check the Windows Control Panel Programs list for any anti-virus software. Kaspersky licensees’ programs may be listed as Kaspersky by the Upgrade Advisor. If the Upgrade Advisor still finds Kaspersky installed, please run our KAVRemover tool.
